  • Concierge FAA Medical Exam - $300-350

These exams are scheduled in early mornings, evenings, and weekends in order to prevent gaps in certification. We aim to complete the exam within 48 hours of initial contact.

    Class 1 Medical Certificate - $350 (starting July 2025)

    Class 2 and Class 3 Medical Certificates - $300

  • Medical Consultation - $300/hour

Our confidential consultations provide pilots with expert guidance on medical concerns that may impact FAA certification. These are not part of a medical examination for a certificate. We assist you in navigating the evaluation process, reviewing your case, organizing necessary documentation, and facilitating communication with your treating physicians and the FAA.

  • FAA Clerical Assistance - $300/hour

We review, organize, and submit your medical information on your behalf. We also communicate with your treating physicians and the FAA. This time is billed for our professional services that go above-and-beyond the input for a normal FAA medical exam.

  • Computerized Color Vision Testing - $50

We use the FAA-approved Waggoner Computerized Color Vision Test (CCVT). If you previously passed color vision testing, then this is not required. For first-time applicants who need CCVT, this cost will be added to the cost of the certificate.

  • EKG - $75

An EKG is included in the cost of a Class 1 exam. If an EKG is required as part of a different exam, then the additional fee is added.

  • CACI (Conditions AME Can Issue)

Conditions AMEs Can Issue (CACI) is a series of conditions which allow AMEs to issue a certificate if the applicant meets the parameters of the CACI Condition Worksheet. This is included as part of a medical certificate. Click here to see the list of conditions.

  • AASI (AME Assisted Special Issuance)

Some medical conditions are initially disqualifying until review by the Aerospace Medical Certification Division (AMCD) or the Regional Flight Surgeon (RFS). We are happy to help with the initial evaluation and any subsequent exams. This is included as part of a medical certificate. Click here to see the list of conditions.

  • SODA (Statement of Demonstrated Ability)

A Statement of Demonstrated Ability (SODA) can by granted by the Federal Air Surgeon to a person with a disqualifying condition that is static (doesn’t change over time). Our office can assist with a request for a SODA, but we cannot provide the SODA itself. We take previous SODA documents into account when we provide an exam for a medical certificate.
